Africa and Asia beyond the Headlines
Lecture series Asia Africa Institute
The lecture series "Africa and Asia beyond the Headlines" highlights contemporary events in regions of the two continents that receive little or no media coverage. By providing re-gional expertise and historical insight, the series aims to be informative and accessible to a wide audience and bring other perspectives on events or countries general known but little understood. It aims to give students and the academic community key elements to understand social and political developments in the region.
